MBARARA CITY COUNCILORS ATTACK CLERK OVER COMING LATE FOR MEETINGS

In Mbarara—

Mbarara city councilors have today attacked the city Clerk John Behangana for coming late in council meetings.

The furious Councilors noted that it’s a sign of disrespect for the city clerk to come for council meetings very late.

Byansi Muhammad a Councillor for Kakoba division in his Submission he noted that the city clerk should be penalized for contempt of council meetings since it is illegal.

However, in his defense the town clerk John Behangana apologized to the furious councilors.

He noted that he had engagement in his office with officials from the ministry of local government as his deputy was attending a meeting somewhere.
