MBARARA REGIONAL REFERRAL HOSPITAL DISCHARGES MORE COVID 19 PATIENTS

Mbarara regional referral has discharged more five COVID patients following full recovery.
The discharged patients include three patients who were transferred from Kasensero in Kyotera district and two from Isingiro district.
Mbarara regional referral hospital director Dr. Celestine Barigye said that the hospital is managing the remaining five COVID 19 patients who are steadily improving.
Dr. Rose Muhindo the head of the isolation unit at Mbarara regional referral hospital said that the patients were given a three-day pycho- socio treatment as they started a new journey of rejoining their communities.
They were also handed certificates of clearance and offered vehicles to transport them back to their respective communities
So far 420 patients have been discharged from hospitals in the whole country from a case load of 732 patients so far registered.
