MBARARA SOCIAL MEDIA USERS STING NUP’S MUHUMUZA FOR ACCUSING MP RUKARI OF LAND GRABBING

Bright Muhumuza  Western Uganda’s  National Unity Platform (NUP) coordinator who is eying for East Africa Legislative Assembly (EALA) seat  has furiously been attacked by the supporters of MP Robert Mwesigwa Rukari the Mbarara city North constituency member of parliament.

Yesterday different social media platforms were awash with arguments from MP Robert Mwesigwa Rukari’s supporters stinging Bright Muhumuza.

The attack came after Muhumuza accused Rukari of grabbing the land that houses Ankole garden Mall, Ministry of Agriculture land near Lake View Hotel and other pieces of land in Isingiro Nakivale.

The two were participating in Radio West’s famous political talk show of “Manya Ebirikufa omwihanga rwawe” that airs on Sunday.

However, in an interview with www.mknewslink.com ,Muhumuza said that he is being  falsely accused by MP Rukari supporters since he only requested the legislator that they meet and talk matters concerning him (Rukari) trying to grab government land.

“Rukari’s supporters are trying to tarnish my name but they won’t manage, “Muhumuza said.

Some of Rukari’s supporters who talked to www.mknewslink.com  publication noted that Muhumuza has on several times requested MP Rukari to meet him and discuss on how he can get endorsement from the legislator as he is to contend for EALA seat.

“He has been requesting MP Rukari to meet him but due to busy schedule of the Legislator the two have failed to meet,” they added.
