MBARARA WOMAN ARRESTED FOR TORTURING JUVENILE MAID

Police in Mbarara city are holding a woman who appeared in a viral video while assaulting a naked female juvenile.

The suspect identified by police as Namale Sumaya appeared in a viral video stripping a female juvenile naked and assaulting her in public yesterday (Saturday) at around 1400/hrs. in Katete ward Nyamitanga Division.

ASP Samson Kasasira the Rwizi police mouthpiece said that the suspect Namale accused the victim of stealing her clothes from her home where she has been working as a maid.

The police mouthpiece added that the Suspect Namale Sumaya is in police custody as inquiries into the matter take course.
