It was all happiness and joy at St. steven COU Nyakabirizi Bushenyi district as a young Tycoon and head of laity Micheal Mutaryebwa Rushambuza handed over 170m house to west Ankole diocesan DS Rev. Can. Joseph Mweyungye on behalf of the Bishop of west Ankole diocese Rt Rev. Johnson Twinomujuni.
The fully completed house was built on the advice of Bishop Johnson visited the parish in question in 2018 and looked around the same beautiful church and could not see the same beautiful house for the parish priest. Then Mr. Mutaryebwa pledged to build a beautiful house for the parish priest.
Immediately According Micheal Mutaryebwa Rushambuza he started construction but was hampered by the mighty Covid 19.
He restarted in 2023 and accomplished it this month July 2024 and planned well a party to hand it over to West Ankole Diocese the owner of st. steven COU Nyakabirizi.
REV. CANON JOSEPH MWEYUNGYE PREACHING
The function which was absolutely colorful was presided over by Rev. Can. Joseph Mweyungye the diocesan secretary WAD. He was assisted by the dean Bweranyangi cathedral Rev. John Makuru.
DS Mweyungye while preaching hailed Mr. Mutaryabwa for fully and whole heartedly working for God and giving back, supported by his wife Mrs Loy Mutaryebwa to do and give out to God.

Mr.Mutaryebwa also pledged to build a classroom and staff room for the church school which used to be strong but sometime back, it was weakened. “I want to strengthen this church school”
