MINISTER ELIODA FINALLY SPEAKS OUT ON SHEEMA MUNICIPALITY SAGA

Minister Elioda Tumwesigye has finally commented on his controversial nomination as a candidate in NRM primaries for the Sheema municipality Parliamentary seat.
Dr. Elioda told www.mknewslink.com managing editor last evening during an exclusive interview that his decision to contest for Sheema municipality is because its where all his projects are located and confirmed that he is a registered voter in this particular municipality.
He also said that he is not afraid of anyone in Sheema North and noted that his decision is not selfish but confirmed that he wants to serve the people of Sheema municipality.
He also said that his nomination is not against any law thus giving a go-ahead those opposed to it to file a suit in the courts of law.
Legal team led by David Kamukama who is also a candidate vowed to contest the nomination in courts of law after a meeting which sat at Kyadondo NRM headquarters resolved that Elioda be nominated.
The race for Sheema municipality parliamentary seat continues to tighten with about 10 candidates already shown their interest.
