By Syrus Nayebare
In Sheema—
A petition in which Minister Elioda Tumwesigye accused his opponent Dickson Kateshumbwa of rigging votes in the recently concluded NRM primaries has been dismissed.
Kateshumwa took to his facebook official page to jubilate and congratulate his supporters
“I have the flag, fully endorsed by NRM after dismissal of a useless petition challenging our landslide victory. Am coming home. Long live Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, long live NRM, long live Sheema,” Katesh noted.
Kateshumbwa begged his supporters in Sheema not to involve in processions adding that Covid-19 is real, they should stay safe.
He said that he doesn’t have any problem with any one standing as an independent adding that it will be quite humiliating for a responsible person in government, minister and NRM chairman to come back on an independent ticket.
Kateshumbwa added that Elioda should know that its high time he left People of Sheema instead of forcing himself on them after all they have showed him that they are absolutely fed up of him
Minister Elioda who has never been defeated for the last 20 years could not be reached by www.mknewslink.com reporter since he never picked his calls.
