MITOOMA DISTRICT DEPUTY SPEAKER KAPOOTA VOWS TO SUE UMEME

Mitooma district deputy speaker Green ford Mucunguzi aka Kapoota has vowed to sue UMEME for failing to supply power regularly to the people of Mitooma district.

Mucunguzi told www.mknewslink.com that electricity has been off for about four days especially in Kanyambwanga Sub County.

He noted that despite being expensive to install, the inconsistency has paralyzed general business in the whole of Mitooma.

The deputy speaker said that he is talking to his lawyers to file a civil suit against UMEME in order to get compensation for the people of Mitooma.

Efforts to get to UMEME were futile as they could not pick our repeated phone calls.

The customer care for UMEME has been on spotlight in greater Bushenyi for some time now.
