MITOOMA REVEREND STORMS BUSHENYI MAGISTRATE COURT OVER JUDICIAL STAFF’S MISCONDUCT

An Anglican Reverand wrote a protest letter to the Chief Magistrate of Bushenyi Ms Jane Mugara accusing Mitooma grade one magistrate one Gibson Muhangi of dubious conduct.
Reverend Authur Mugarura have been having a land case at mitooma grade one magistrate court with two people Mebro Kyakumumpa and a town clerk of mitooma town council Mr. Mbabazi Lawrence.
According to Reverand Mugarura, when he went to the grade one magistrate’s court to receive the judgement, the clerk whom he found at the office told him that the Magistrate was off the whole day.
No sooner had reverend moved out of the office than he met the Chief Magistrate with two co-accused town clerk Lawrence Mbabazi and Mebro Kyakumumpa, entered the magistrate’s office and stopped him to enter in with them.
Thereafter, Reverand suspected bribery and rushed to the Bushenyi Chief Magistrate’s office with the complaint letter where he spent some time until he met him the magistrate.

However reverend Mugarura insisted that he wanted to know what had happened to the judgment but the grade one magistrate told him that it will be on 12th June2019.
