MITOOMA WOMAN KILLS HUSBAND IN FIGHT

Police in Mitooma district are investigating circumstances under which a woman assaulted her husband to death.

According to District Police Commander Mitooma, David Opedu Deborah Ashabiire, a resident of Mayanga cell, Mayanga Sub county in Mitooma distict allegedly killed his husband Christopher Sabiiti after developing misunderstandings.

It is alleged that Deborah had a brawl with the husband with whom he had 10 children and overpowered him beating him badly.  

Sabiiti was later taken to the Kitagata hospital where he passed on.

Deborah is now detained at Mitooma central police station over charges of murder.
