MP ANNET MUGISHA RALLIES OVER 10 LEGISLATORS TO FUND RAISE FOR KATUNGU MISSION HOSPITAL

The woman Member of Parliament for Bushenyi district has rallied over 10 MPs from Western Uganda and other regions to fund raise for Katungu mission hospital owned by West Ankole diocese.

The fundraising was held at Bweranyangi cathedral in Bushenyi district yesterday.

Ms. Mugisha noted that it is very important to work together to support the church projects.

The woman Member of Parliament for Sheema Rosemary Nyakigongoro noted that unity is strength therefore they have to work together as MPs to support church projects.

The bishop of West Ankole Rt. Rev. Johnson Twinomujuni contributed 1.5 million shillings towards the cause and over 70 million shillings was raised in pledges and cash.
