The woman Member of Parliament for Bushenyi district Annet Katusiime Mugisha has advised church leaders to stop the idea of not allowing pregnant pupils and students to schools to study.

She said this today 28th Jan.2022 during the sendoff of the founding secretary local government finance commission late Lawrence Banyoya in Kitembe ward, Bushenyi district.
The woman MP added that pupils who got problems during COVID 19 should leave their babies with parents and go back to school for a better future.
The district chairman Jaffari Bassajabalaba put a question to the PS local government Ben Kumumanya whether the minister of local government Raphael Magyezi is to recentralize local government as reported in today’s print media.
In his response, Kumumanya noted that those are just media reports and he is not aware of the recentralization idea.
Jaffari also asked local government finance commission staff to ensure that local governments get more money from road fund to be able to work on roads since they are getting almost 0%from their anticipated budget.
The late Banyoya was born on 10th April 1952 in Rushanje Bugamba subcounty Rwampara district.
