MP KABUURA BRINGS EA PARLIAMENT TO BURAMBA P/S MEMORIAL FUNDRAISING

The Member of Parliament for Bushenyi Ishaka municipality Derrick Kabuura Baimukye yesterday stunned Bushenyi district and the region by bringing Four MPs from Ugandan Parliament and four others from the East African parliament at a fundraising in Bushenyi.
The fundraising was meant to construct two memorial dormitories in memory of 8 pupils that were struck dead by the lightning on 24th July 2014 at Buramba primary School.
The dormitories are expected to cost 70 million shillings; 35 million shillings each and Kabura with his foreign and home guests raised 30 million cash and pledges were around 10 million.
Sitting and contesting Members of Parliament in the east African parliament are Paul Musamari, Denis Namara, Albert, and Jackie Amongin.
Ugandan MPs who attended were Donozio Kahonda Ruhinda west in Mitooma district, Annet Katusiime Mugisha Woman MP Bushenyi, Tusiime Karuhanga Rwampara East, Bukooto Central MP Muhammed Senkayi.
The memorial service was led by the dean Ven. Rev. Wilson Tumuhairwe who represented Bishop Johnson Twinomujuni of West Ankole.
