MUGISHA MUNTU HAILS KASESE FOR VOTING FDC 100%

The Forum for Democratic Change party president, Rtd. Maj. Gen.
Mugisha Muntu has challenged other districts in the country to support
the party ideaologies in order to cause a democrctic change in order
to witness what he described as effecient service delivery.
The Retired Army officer yesterday while at Kyalhumba trading center
in Bukonzo East constituency in Kasese district said that he was
worried with the slow political pace at which other districts apart
from Kasese, Amuru, Rukungiri and the Teso sub-region were realizing
that the need for the country to witness a fundemental change
democratically.
Muntu told the exhaustic supporters who were patiently waiting the
Leader of Oppostion in the area that there are some impendments in
some districts that need the party to work upon like strengthening
the party structures among others.
However, he comforted the party subcribers that the party plans to
have mass sensitization about the what he called good FDC party
idealogies of revamp the economy from rigging elections, brutality,
unemployment, inadequate health sector, corruption and Nepotism among
others.
Muntu asked the FDC and the supporters not to take things for granted
thinking that having all the six Members of Parliament and other
district posts was enough instead they should strengthen the systems
at all levels.
A member of Parliament representing Kigugu district in the Eastern
region who was alsom accampanying the team said that he was also
planning to transport some people from Kasese district to go to his
consituency to preach the FDC party idealogies because after saying
that he was the only legislator on the FDC ticket.
Other MPs who attended the public rallies at Kyalhumba, Kisinga in
Bukonzo East constituency and at Mpondwe primary school playground
include, Fred Turyanuhweza representing Bujumbura constituency and
Harbet Edmund Ariho from soroti district
