Presidential hopeful Gen. Mugisha Muntu, the Alliance for National Transformation flag bearer has promised to secure medical insurance to an average Ugandan if voted for president
Muntu who was campaigning at Karago market grounds in Fort Portal North noted that it’s unfortunate that an average Ugandan cannot afford medical attention because of deteriorating health services.
He added that those who have squeezed the nation run abroad to seek for medical attention hence promising to secure a health insurance for an average citizen to have him assured of essential services.
Muntu swore to block all the ways of corruption in the country, to equally distribute resources and promised discipline in every sector through effective monitoring.
He promised to completely expel the army from operation wealth creation because the army can’t be efficient since they are not experts in agriculture extension.
He noted that he thought Museveni would offer to Ugandans the long waited for gift of peaceful transition of power but he betrayed the trust they had in him.
