In Sheema—
Kabwohe town mosque Imam Sheikh Jafari Kajimu has challenged Muslims to live exemplary especially during this month of Ramadan.
Sheikh Kagimu said that fasting doesn’t mean desisting from eating or drinking but averting from bad acts.
He advised Muslims to avoid quarreling, going to bad places, preserving their tongues from lying, cursing, and all the other bad acts but give charity to those that need to be helped.
He further challenged them to always desist from whatever they feel can make them not to finish Ramadan so that they can renew their commitment to their creator during this holy month.
The man of Allah also urged Muslims to stay away from corruption which has become the order of the day especially in Uganda. He urged them to always be transparent in whatever they are doing saying by doing all this, Allah will continue blessing them.
Ramadan which started on 1st April 2022 will run for 30 or 29 days, according to Sheikh Jafari Kajimu.
