NRM FLAG BEARER KABUURA CAN NEITHER DRIVE VEHICLE NOR GIVE SIMPLE SENSIBLE SPEECH

The NRM flag bearer for Bushenyi Ishaka municipality can neither drive a motor vehicle nor ride a motorcycle after he was taught since childhood but up to now he cannot drive.

Kabuura is about 32 years old, he was born from a wealthy family but sources close to him told www.mknewslink.com that when he was growing up, they took him through driving lessons but up to now he cannot drive because of weak memory.

Kabuura cannot give a speech of 50words without memorizing as this was witnessed by www.mknewslink.com managing editor after his nomination when he memorised a speech and mid-way ran out of words and told journalists to switch off their gadgets.

He struggled, touched all his pockets, picked his paper and started reading a fresh for about three minutes before memorizing again.

After that, he ordered journalists to switch on their gadgets again   restarted his speech and finished but journalists never understood him.

Following the shameful event, the grandfather mayor Jackson Kamugasha hired a public speaking trainer to teach him English and Grammar, public speaking among others.

Whichever function Kabuura appears on he laments “they said am a dumb person but I can speak. Are you not hearing me?”

Political analysis from Bushenyi Ishaka municipality intimated to www.mknewslink.com that NRM might lose the seat to FDC’s Odo Tayebwa like it happened with Nasser Bassajabalaba in 2012.
