NWSC ENG. WHO DIED IN ACCIDENT HOURS AFTER HIS INTRODUCTION, TO BE BURIED TODAY IN NTUNGAMO

The Family ,National water sewerage corporation staff are mourning the demise of Kenneth Twesigye an Engineer attached to National Water and Sewerage corporation(NWSC) Jinja main branch who died on sunday in a car crash on the Ntungamo-Mbarara road.
The car crash is said to have occurred at Kahunga Trading centre in Ntungamo district at around 3pm after a vehicle in which Eng.Twesigye was travelling in collided head-on with a commuter taxi.
SP Samson Kasasira the Rwizi Regional Police Spokesperson said the accident involved motor vehicles UBN375Q(Subaru Forester) and UBP314A(Toyota Hiace).
Kasasira has since identified the victims as Manirakiza Moses 29, a mufumbira by tribe, an engineer and resident of Burungu village, Muramba sub county in Kisoro district, who was driving the Subaru Forester. Twesigye Kenneth 31, an engineer with National Water and Sewerage Corporation and resident of Rwikiniro village, Ruhaama sub county in Ntungamo district, was a passenger in the Subaru Forester.
The third victim is Mujurizi Herbert aka Rough, a munyankole resident of Rukungiri district and driver of taxi.
Kasasira says that 13 victims in the taxi UBP314A were left with injuries and are admitted at Itojo Hospital.
It’s worth noting that Eng. Twesigye was introduced by his fiance, Prize Patience, in Rukungiri, a day before he met his death. They were slated to tie knot on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at St. Luke Ntinda church of Uganda before they would host their guests at Hotel Africana in Kampala.

Speaking during a requiem service held at All saints church in Mbarara city on Monday,Yonasani Murungi the father of the deceased described his son as a resourceful person who was the eye of his family.
In her remarks,Prize patience the wife of the deceased described her husband as a hard working person who loved his family so much.
Eng.Kenneth Twesigye will be laid to rest today, Tuesday at his ancestral home in Kitwe-Kayenje ,Rweichiniro sub county in Ntungamo district.
