The murder case file of a shamba boy involving Nyamiiko head of laity and his son in law headmaster Kashozi primary school is ready and will be taken to Bushenyi state Attorney soonest.
According to a credible source from CID department of Bushenyi district police, the case is progressing well and all the witnesses have already given statements.
The source told www.mknewslink.com that the earlier worry that the postmortem was not done on the deceased body Mwene Bempaaka is no more because the source confirmed to this editor that the report is attached to the file but never gave details about it.
On the other hand, there is public outcry at Nyamiiko COU and Mazinga ward and the entire Nyakabirizi division that the suspects have been left scotch free without arresting them.
The suspects are Nyamiiko head of laity John Tinkamanyire aka Chief and his son in law a one Alex head master Kashozi primary school.
The deceased Mwene Bempaaka was a brother to a Rev. at Nyamiiko COU where the key suspect is a head of laity.
Nyakabirizi NRM chairman Wilson Karuhanga and the LC III Nyakabirizi division Nyansio Biryomumisho are up in arms because the suspects are not arrested on spot as other murder cases are treated.
The two Nyansio and Karuhanga suspect foul play because Bushenyi police is too reluctant compared to other similar cases.
