On behalf of mknewslink.com and on my own behalf as a sole director of the company and managing director, write this statement to the public and social media users all over the world that I regret the contents of the video but it was as a result of uncontrollable anger;

WHAT HAPPENED EXACTLY?
I travelled early morning from my home in Kabagarame, being driven by my son Aijuka Panwel Kasibante to Centenary and Post Banks in Ishaka to pay for his school fees since he is soon going back to school before the official opening of schools because he is a candidate.

As my son was trying to negotiate for parking since Ishaka is congested with many vehicles he accidentally scratched a Pakistani super custom vehicle.

Because there was no parking, we continued and parked after Equity Bank about 10 meters from where the incident took place.

The Pakistani came charged I don’t know whether he takes mairungi or njaga he pulled the key from my car and held me Kandoya and I said am in my home country, you cannot mishandle me as if am in Pakistan.
In my own culture as a Mukiga you cannot beat me and you go scotch free.

Fighting ensured and the boda boda men where all on my side unfortunately we fought and that’s the video that is circulating everywhere in the world.

I rushed to Ishaka police station to report a case of assault immediately after the report, the Pakistani entered and also reported an accident case and I told him I was willing to repair his car which I cleared.

My lawyer is preparing a complaint against Ishaka and Bushenyi police stations addressed to the RPC greater Bushenyi copied to the IGP.

Ishaka police is well known for acting extremely unprofessionally because it charged Tycoon Mbaine Nekemia with attempted murder yet he didn’t have a gun and the charge was thrown out by Chief State Attorney Batson Baguma.

The OC Ishaka ASP Meshele and his OC traffic AIP Kasande became complaints in my case and when actually the Pakistani wanted to sort the case out of police but they insisted that I go into cells.

They were hunting me because I have been exposing them on corruption tendencies like that of Tycoon Mbaine Nekemia vs Hassan Bassajja, Murder case of head laity Nyamiiko COU where he is not arrested together with his son in law Alex H/M Kashozi primary school after a month of committing murder.

Murder case of the late Kaginda among others. They are assisted by the OCIID Bushenyi Benon Kivengere who has been at Bushenyi police station for close to 6 years. Others are transferred yearly but for him he remains there, Bushenyi police is now like his home.

Many of the police men at Bushenyi police station, are on the pay rolls of Tycoons of which they are no longer effective therefore transfers would be the best option.
