ONE ARMED ROBBER SHOT DEAD, THREE ARRESTED IN MBARARA

One armed robber has been shot dead this afternoon and three others arrested in Kakoba Divison Mbarara municipality.
The deceased has been identified as Mbaine Yona a resident of Ishaka Bushenyi and the other three are yet to be identified.
According to the police, the deceased was found in possession of an AK47 rifle with 2 rounds of ammunition.
S.P Martial Tumusiime the Greater Bushenyi region police spokesperson told www.mknewslink.com that police have been hunting for Mbaine and his gang in connection with the robbery that took place sometime back at Sheema Bam petrol station where 24million was robbed.
S.P Tumusiime further revealed that the gang has been terrorizing regions of Kigezi, Rwiizi and Greater Bushenyi.
