ONE DEAD IN RUKUNGIRI FIRE OUT BREAK

Fire on Thursday 30th may 2019 afternoon gutted Hannamatata workshop found at a junction off to Katerera road in Southern division, Rukungiri Municipality in which a number of properties worth millions of shillings were burnt to ash and one known as Happy Francis reported dead.

The Fire response team later reached the scene to stop fire however it was already too late.

According to eye witnesses, they suspect the cause of fire to have been gas explosions still looking out for more of this.

Investigations are still going on.
