ONE PERSON DIES IN HOIMA POST CURFEW ACCIDENT

Two men were last night involved in a motorcycle accident past curfew hours.
One has died on Monday morning at Hoima regional referral hospital where he was rushed to receive treatment.
The deceased has been identified as John Babweteera who has been a mechanic in Hoima city.
The accident involved two motorcycles Senke registration number UDQ 236B and Yamaha AG registration number UXX806 that was coming from the opposite direction.
It happened along Main street junction in the Centre of Hoima city at around 9:30 pm.
Witnesses have blamed the accident on over speeding since both were in rush to beat curfew hours.
Monica Nyomera, the officer in charge of traffic Hoima central police station has said that investigations have commenced meanwhile the body of the deceased has been handed over to relatives for burial arrangements.
