ONE PERSON PERISHES IN ISHAKA ACCIDENT

In Ishaka—-
One person has died on spot today afternoon in an accident
that occurred at Shell petrol station in Kizinda along Ishaka-Kasese road in Bushenyi-Ishaka Municipality.
The accident happened at around 12:30 Pm when a cyclist riding motorcycle Bajaj Boxer red in color registration number UEP 796Z that was coming from Ishaka crashed with a Starlet car registration number UAD 096P that was coming from Kasese as he tried to dodge a Toyota Primio that was coming from Shell petrol station Kizinda.
The deceased has been only identified as Edison; a watchman working
with Igara tea factory in Kyamuhunga.
Eye witnesses say after the accident, the car driver and the
passengers ran to unknown places.
Police have blamed the accident to over speeding by both the cyclist and the car driver.
This has been the second accident in just hours in the same trading
centre but no one got injuries in the first.
The deceased body was taken to BB clinic for postmortem later to
Kampala International teaching hospital mortuary.
