OVER UGX 60M RAISED IN FUNDRAISING AT RUKONDO PRIMARY SCHOOL IN SHEEMA DISTRICT

Over 60 million shillings were raised in cash and pledges at Rukondo primary school in Sheema south, Sheema district during a fundraising yesterday 26th March 2023 to build staff quarters at the school.

The chief guest Maj.Gen. Jim Muhwezi was represented by the Mp Rwampara Hon. Amos Kankunda. And he sent 10 million shillings cash.
Hon. Kankunda also gave 2 million shillings towards the fundraising.

The host MP Hon. Prof. Dickens Mushemeza pledged 10 million shillings including buying many items cash during the fundraising.

Prof. Mushemeza called upon the people of sheema south to work hard towards development and he will always be behind them.

The MP for Kajara county in Ntungamo district Hon. Michael Timuzigu Kamugisha called upon the people of Sheema south to give Prof. Mushemeza a second term because the first term is not enough.

The chairman organizing committee of the fundraising Canon Charles Aine hailed the chief guest Jim Muhwezi and the MPs Kankunda, Timuzigu, Juliet Bashisha, Prof. Mushemeza and others for the support they gave to the primary school.

The chairman management committee of the school Mr. Ben Bwoba noted that the construction will start immediately and the chief guest opened the ground for construction.
