PAKISTAN NATIONAL PERISHES IN SHEEMA ACCIDENT

Two people perished in an accident along Mbarara –Ishaka road when the vehicle they were travelling in burnt to ashes.
Mubasshir Ahmed 28 a Pakistan National of Medvine pharmacy in Mbarara and his worker Gerald, perished when a Toyota Premio car registration No. UAX 808 L they were travelling caught fire and burnt to ashes.
According to the Greater Bushenyi Region police spokes person, SP Martial Tumusiime, the accident happened at around 8:00 pm at Kyenkokora near Itendero town in Sheema District when the driver of a premio wanted to dodge a boda boda rider thus swaying off the road, crushed and caught fire.
Martial attributed to the cause of accident to over speeding by the car driver and reckless riding by the boda boda.
He cautioned the road users to always be cautious with traffic rules especially during night.
He also noted that traffic operations on drivers and boda boda riders who offend traffic rules are still ongoing.
