PEARL JUNIOR SCHOOL DIRECTOR APPOINTED BUSHENYI DSC CHAIRPERSON

Bushenyi district council has approved Ms. Scolastica Ndyagambaki the Pearl Junior school director as the chairperson Bushenyi District Service Commission.
Ms. Ndyagambaki was yesterday during a council meeting approved alongside Eldard Muhanguzi and Eldard Kamuza Bahangana both members.
The three if approved by Public Service Commission in Kampala will join Veleriano Byabashaija who has been part of the previous commission under the leadership of Ms. Lydia Rwakishaya.
This is not the first time Ndyagambaki has been appointed by Chairman Jaffari Bassajabalaba as the chairperson District Service Commission; she was sometime back appointed but was however blocked after civil society CEO Apollo Lee Kakonge run to court on ground that there was an already existing service commission led by Lydia Rwakishaya
Relatedly, the council appointed Counsel Paul Tusubira Byandemire as the chairperson District Lands committee to work with Dr. Steven Tusiime, Hassan Banyanga, and Annah Kangate.
Ms. Justine Burisadi was appointed the chairperson Public Accounts Committee alongside Hajji Kamadi Tibesigwa, Rosemary Atuhaire and Johnson Nagasha all members.
