POLICE CLOSE DESH KANANURA’S PANAMERA BAR

In Kampala–

Police has today morning raided Panamera bar and closed it www.mknewslink exclusively reports.

According to documents seen by this website, recently a court order was issued ordering Desh Kananura off part of Naguru land on which Panamera Bar is located.

Desh Kananura and his brother Raymond Kananura together with three others were in April this year acquitted by High Court’s JusticeJoseph Murangira of charges related to the murder of Badru Kateregga

The other three suspects accused of orchestrating the murder of Kateregga in September 2012 are Samuel Nzoreba,  Jacob Onyango and Sirus Maganda.

Justice Murangira in his judgment was dissatisfied with the efforts by state prosecution’s efforts to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the suspects did murder Kateregga.
