POLITICIANS EULOGIZE MAJ.RURANGARANGA

A number of people continue to eulogize the fallen former Uganda People’s Congress (UPC) Party National Chairman Rtd Major Edward Rurangaranga .
Rurangaranga who also served as a minister in Obote’s government is reported to have collapsed in his home at Kaitanjojo in Kitagata Sheema district.
A family member says he’s been battling Diabetes and Hypertension.
According to Mr Okello Lucima, the UPC spokesperson-Otunnu faction, Rurangaranga died at 1:00 am.

Miria Muhwezi; anLC3 UPC councilor at Central division in Bushenyi-Ishaka municipality eulogizes Maj.Rurangaranga as a UPC strong man who groomed her into politics.
She adds that Rurangaranga has died at the time when the opposition needed him to tackle the Land Amendment Bill 2017 and presidential age limit removal.
The former MP for Bushenyi-Ishaka Municipality;Hon.Odo Tayebwa said Rurangaranga has been a principled man and a dependable politician who has left admirable legacy that many young African politicians will emulate.
