PORTUGUESE CONSTRUCTION CO.DRIVER WHO WENT MISSING AFTER ACCIDENT ARRESTED, RELEASED ON BOND

A Portuguese construction company truck driver who went missing after causing an accident in Bushenyi town was on Sunday 22nd Sept.2019 arrested and released on bond yesterday.
Following a motor accident involving three vehicles and a motorcycle, police in Bushenyi district the driver of vehicle reg.no.UBE626N Howo Cino truck red in color identified by police as Salim Tomusange aged 41years ran away till Sunday 22nd Sept 2019 when police found him and he was detained at Bushenyi police station.
While on a telephone interview with www.mknewslink.com reporter this morning, the Greater-Bushenyi Police SpokesPerson SP Martial Tumusiime, confirmed news about the arrest.
He added that however, Salim was yesterday 23rd Sept 2019 released on police bond and he is currently facing charges of careless driving, causing accident, and bodily harm to the Toyota fielder car driver.
