PRIMARY TEACHER ARRESTED FOR DEFILING P.7 CANDIDATE

Police in Bunyangabu district are holding a 31 year old primary teacher for allegedly defiling a 14 year old primary seven pupil.

The suspect has been identified as Ssemanda Robert a teacher at Kaguma primary school in Buheesi Sub County, Bunyangabu district

According to the DPC Bunyangabu district SP. Samuel Olum, the case was reported on 19^th/October this year by the victim’s parents at Buheesi police station then referred them to Kibiito  main police station.

He said that the suspect will be produced to court on Wednesday to answer his defilement cases.

Olum revealed that the cases of defilement are alarming in the district as they have received five cases over the weekend.
