PRIVATE SECURITY GUARD ON THE RUN IN KIRUHUURA FOR SHOOTING RESIDENT DEAD

Police in Kiruhura is hunting for Mr. Didas Kiiza a security guard attached to New Uganda Securico Company Limited ,and a guard at EBBO SACCO Limited Kinoni branch in Kinoni trading Center Kasana parish Kinoni subcounty who shot and killed a one Abel aged around 32years on 01/02/2023 at around 21:00hrs over a woman.

According to ASP Samson kasasira the Rwizi police spokesperson ,the suspect after the gruesome act on Wednesday, he took off with his gun and that of his colleague (Abel) attached to the same security company which he later dropped 20 meters away from the scene that is rifle number SAR UG.POL 92221108090 and UG .POL.FH 68536-108385 both recovered by Police and exhibited

Kasasira says Preliminary findings Indicate that the shooting resulted from a fight over a woman between Didas Kiiza and his colleague a one Abel that occurred on the 25/01/2023 at around 2300/c while at a bar of a one Stella in Kinoni trading centre.

He adds that the prime suspect is still at large.
