PROF. NSHAHO VS WITCH DOCTORS: HIGH COURT HEARING TO START

The witch doctors who conned Prof. Nshaho Jonathan have appealed to Mbarara high court after losing their case in the Bushenyi chief magistrates court.
According to Prof. Nshaho, in an interview with www.mknewslink.com at centenary bank Ishaka branch, he noted that all paper work is done, what is remaining is of hearing date for the case which will take place within a very short time.
Witch doctors: Bampabura Geoffrey Karakore the key accused, Kyomuhangi Jennifer, Kyoshabire Rosette, Areba Ivan, Turyatunga Augustine and Natukunda Clemensia all from Mushunga Mitooma coned Prof. Nshaho one year and two months ago of Ugx250M lying him that they are going to recover his cow which had been stolen from his farm in Ibanda District.
Mitooma police arrested the five witch doctors including three women and detained them until the case ended in the Bushenyi Chief Magistrates Court.
According to sources, they are still languishing in Nyamushekyera prison awaiting their appeal in Mbarara high court which will commence soonest.
Prof. Nshaho concluded that even if witch doctors did not appeal, he would also have appealed because what court awarded him was not worth Ugx250M that they had stolen from him.
