PUT 2020 ASIDE, IT WAS CHALLENGING YEAR FINANCIALLY, FOCUS ON 2021 WITH A LOT OF HOPE—AMB. KATUNGWE

The deputy head of mission for Benelux countries and European Union in Brussels Amb. Franklin Katungwe has called upon the people of Uganda and Bushenyi in particular to forget 2020 which was financially killed by Covid 19 and focus all their energies on 2021 in order to achieve much.
Katungwe said this in an exclusive interview with www.mknewslink.com,managing editor at his home in Kyeitembe while giving out his new year’s message which contained a lot of productive information to Ugandans.
He called upon Ugandans to observe SOPs set by the ministry of health 2021 such that the problem of Covid 19 is minimized, business goes as usual and what was lost in 2020 is gained in 2021.
He noted that church leaders, Bishops, Rev. Fr. should continue to pray for Uganda such that a vaccine is got on time and business continues as usual amongst Ugandans.
He advised youths and all those who are to vote on 14th Jan.2021 to choose leaders with material and ready to take them to another level rather than voting laggards who can’t take them anywhere.
Amb. Katungwe wished the president of Uganda Yoweri Museveni, ministers and diplomatic core plus Bushenyi Ishaka municipality residents a prosperous new year.
