RETIRED AMBASSADOR NKURUHO HAILS BUSHENYI LEADERS, PRESIDENT MUSEVENI ON CORONA VIRUS FIGHT

The retired ambassador of Uganda to Australia His Excellency Ambassador Enoch Nkuruho has hailed Ugandans for working hard to eliminate corona virus pandemic out of Uganda .
He noted that Corona Virus can be eliminated when leaders of Bushenyi remain united without following political and religious affiliations.
He strongly hailed president Yoweri Museveni for working hard to save his citizens from Corona Virus.
He said that Museveni has addressed the country 7 times which is a sign of Commitment to fight Corona Virus.
He urged people to wash their hands with soap , not to touch themselves in soft parts such as mouth ,nose eyes,and ears.
Among the leaders in Bushenyi, he applauded Bamugisha community welfare who have gone on radio BFM and other media channels to sensitize people on how to avoid dangers of Pandemic.
He also thanked Hon. Mary Karooro Okurut the minister in charge of general duties in office of prime minister for providing transport at sub county level mainly to women who are going to deliver children , he also applauded the RDC who closed bars enforcing Law and order in Bushenyi district
The retired Ambassador also wondered where the politicians who were circulating calendars in Christmas times showing their photos are now in these trying times.
The ambassador advised politicians that this is the time they should show their people their interest and ability to work for them.
He urged chairmen LC1, LC2,LC3 to work hard to sensitize their people so that they prevent themselves from the deadly Corona virus.
“I was very much angered by a certain pastor who shook hands with UBC presenter on Sunday evening which is against the presidential directive and therefore people should stand warned that shaking of hands could easy spread Corona Virus,” Nkuruho.
