RETIRING MP COWBOY WARNS LEADERS WHO DON’T WANT TO RETIRE TO DO SO, I HAVE RETIRED 5 JOBS ALL AT 5 YEARS

The retiring Member of Parliament for Bushenyi Ishaka municipality Gordon Arinda Cowboy has revealed that he has always served for only 5 years to allow others also serve.
Cowboy was yesterday speaking as chief guest at a function of giving out 65 goats to members of Bushenyi development initiative group.
Bushenyi Development Initiative Group which so far has 160 members was started by supporters of MP Cowboy and he is the patron of the group
MP Cowboy noted that he served for 5 years as a researcher at Makerere, another 5 as clerk to council in Bushenyi local government.
He added that he also spent 5 more years as an Assistant Chief Administrative Officer, then 5 as a town clerk at Kashenshero.
He revealed that he has been to parliament for 5 years and has retired honorably, in peace with every stakeholder.
He handed over a two million shillings cheque to the group to help in its development.
