RUBANDA MAN HANGS HIMSELF OVER FAMILY MATTERS

A 46 year old man was yesterday 26th Dec. 2019 found hanging in an ovacado over yet to be known reasons.
The deceased has been identified as Fred Ngabirano of Hamurara village Nyamiyaga parish Bubare s/c Rubanda district.
It is alleged that he had continued family wrangles recent being one of 23/12/19 where he badly assaulted the daughter who registered a case at Bubare police and Ngabirano was expected to report.
Elly Maate the Kigezi region police mouthpiece revealed that Police visited the scene, postmortem was done and body handed over to relatives for burial
