RWANDAN NATIONAL KILLED IN KABALE ACCIDENT

One person has died on spot while another is admitted after a vehicle they were travelling in lost control in the sharp corners of Kyanamira-Kabaraga along the Kabale road 4kms to Kabale town.

According to Elly Mate the kigezi region police spokesperson, the deceased was identified only as Lucy a Rwandan national.

The accident occurred at 4:30pm on Wednesday when thecarRegistration NumberUAT 961Q, a Fuso which was being driven by Paul Kintu, a resident of Mulukwanga village in Wakiso districtlost controlon the said spot.

The deceased was picked from Ntungamo town heading to Kigali Rwanda by the vehicle which was carrying goods from VIGO Company in Mukono to Kigali Rwanda.

The driver was rushed to KabaleReferralHospital after sustaining a serious deep cut while thepassengerdied on spot

Mate blamed the accident on the poor mechanical condition of the vehicle.
