SHEEMA BOY COMMITS SUICIDE AFTER COLLEAGUES THREATEN TO BATHE HIM IN PUBLIC

Police in Sheema district are investigating the circumstances under which a 17 year old boy hanged himself in his bedroom.
Martial Tumusiime the greater Bushenyi Police spokesperson told www.mknewslink.com that the incident happened on the night of Wednesday and identified the deceased as Karuhanga Felix a resident of Kabunsye cell Masheruka Town.
Tumusiime added that the deceased allegedly committed suicide after his colleagues threatened to bath him in public.
It is alleged that the deceased who joined mechanics in 2019 after his P7 has had a challenge with his hygiene thus his colleagues threatened to bath him publically.
This is a second teenager who has committed suicide in a period of one week; on 21st July 2021, a body of P7 leaver Daphine Kimuli 13 years was found hanging in a jackfruit tree.
The deceased a former pupil at Bwikya Primary School a resident of Kinuubi East, Bwikya Ward in Mparo division, Hoima City is alleged to have committed suicide after performing poorly in recently released PLE results.
