SHEEMA: CHAIRMAN’S WIFE ARRESTED FOR STEALING NEIGHBOR’S HENS

Police in Sheema are holding a wife to Kaganja west LCI chairman for allegedly stealing hens from their neighbor
Kyomuhendo Kachunguzi was arrested by the Sheema central police after being caught rearing a hen of one Musime also a resident of Kaganja west, Rushozi ward, Sheema municipality.
Musime told www.mknewslink.com that Kyomuhendo used an excuse of carrying garbage from his compound to carry his 50 hens in a sack.
However, Kyomuhendo claimed that she found the hen meandering in plantation of the late Katehangwa where she has been working.
Nathan Muchuguzi a husband to the suspect who also doubles as LC1 Chairperson highly defended his wife on grounds that all lost properties are taken to the chairman for safety.
He explained that if his wife was a thief, she would have slaughtered or sold the hen to kill evidence.
Sheema OCCID confirmed the arrest of Ms Kyomuhendo Muchuguzi and noted that she will face courts of laws after their investigations.
