SHEEMA DISTRICT ASPIRING WOMAN MP ANNET KATOOKYE DONATES LIQUID SOAP TO TAXI DRIVERS, BODA BODA RIDERS

The sheema woman Member of Parliament aspirant Annet Brenda Katookye has donated liquid soap to the district task force to fight covid 19 pandemic.
While speaking on Friday at sheema district headquarters after delivering 12 jerry cans of liquid soap to the district taskforce, Annet appealed to Ugandans to continue washing their hands and observe all the directives as set by the ministry of health to curb the spread of coronavirus in this political season.
She stressed that the liquid soap is meant to benefit market vendors, taxi drivers, bodaboda riders among others.
Annet a health officer working with the ministry of health at the main headquarter Kampala hails from Nyakashambya, Sheema Central in Kabwohe, Sheema district.
Frank Kyerere the RDC Sheema district who also heads the Covid-19 task force received the soap and immediately handed it to representatives of the targeted groups.
He warned politicians in Sheema against holding public rallies, meetings or gathering people during this political season noting that they may be arrested.
