SHEEMA DPC ARRESTED FOR RELEASING RWAKATAKA, BEING TRASPORTED TO KAYIHURA’S OFFICE

IN SHEEMA—-
All is not well with the new sheema district police commander Innocent Mubangizi after he was arrested on orders of the of IGP Kale Kayihura for releasing rally driver Rwakataka after being arrested with a lorry full of immature fish.
The incident happened yesterday 23/01/2017 when Mubangizi sheepishly released Rwakataka after he was arrested by URA officials in connection with the immature fish saga
The DPC Sheema went against the district fisheries officer’ report recommending Rwakataka to be prosecuted. He [DPC Mubangizi ] released Rwakataka on the same night of Sunday Jan. 22, 2017 with his lorry of immature fish.
According to Greater Busenyi police publist, SP Martial Tumusiime told www.mknewslink.com editor today morning that DPC Mubangizi was arrested yesterday and is now being escorted by the regional police commander Adrian Kwetegyereza to police headquarters Nagulu to the office of the AIGP Kale Kayihura to answer charges of releasing Posiano Rwakataka
Rwakataka was arrested on Sunday after dogging URA road block in Mbarara town at four miles on Mbarara Kasese road.
The embattled Rwakataka was arrested when URA police got information that Rwakataka was carrying in his fuso lorry immature fish transporting it from Gaba landing site in Kampala to DRC.
This is the second time Rally driver Rwakataka is arrested with immature fish. Two years back he was arrested in Kasese carrying the same immature fish and was taken court.
