SHEEMA LOCAL GOV’T VEHICLE STUCK IN FRONT OF BETTING COMPANIES

Sheema local government vehicle Double-cabin number UG 3233R is stuck in front of Top and premier betting companies in Kabwohe town Sheema municipality where it has been parked for more than 3 weeks.

According to sources,it is alleged that the  vehicle belongs to the office of the Chairman LC V Sheema district  David Kabigumira who nowadays travels in  private vehicle Toyota harrier and sometimes in other government vehicles.

 However www.mknewslink.com  tried to talk to Mr.Kabigumira on what happened to the vehicle that is parked in front of betting companies, but he didn’t pick up our calls.

According to Sheema district speaker Nicholas Kwariija, the talked about vehicle was improperly handled by the office of Chairman and it got mechanical problems. 

“These were brand new vehicle and by time,it gets an engine problem that needs overhaul, you know that it’s serious matter,” Kwarija noted

Kwariija noted that it is the most abused vehicle in the district due to the fact that it is even driven by non drivers of District revealing by the time it broke down, it was being driven by a councilor from Kashozi who was going to Bishop Stuart University to submit his course work.

The Speaker’s words cleared the allegations that may be the vehicle was grabbed by one of the betting companies.
