SHEEMA: MAN CHOPS SON TO DEATH FOR PRODUCING CHILD OUT OF WEDLOCK

Police in Sheema are hunting for a 58 year old man who chopped and killed his son for impregnating a woman and producing a child out of wedlock.

The suspect identified as Steven Bwengye a resident of Kihunda Sheema municipality yesterday 1^st Feb.2021 killed his son Daniel Turyahabwe 24 years old for owning a child at an early moreover out of marriage.

Doreen Tusasirwe a sister to the deceased narrated to www.mknewslink.com that the troubles started when their father arrived home and found unexpected grandchild.

Tusasirwe told www.mknewslink.com that the father argued that the child would have been thrown into run water instead of bringing him while the son opposed that he could not lose his blood (son).

Loice Natumanya the mother to the victim who witnessed the incident narrated that her husband went undercover with a panga and waited for his son until he came and the father chopped him to death.

Bibian Aconge OCCID Sheema police station said that the police are hunting for the suspect as the investigations are ongoing.
