Ngeresa said that the police is worried because Kaijuka keeps on escaping from police and he demands that he wants to go to his home area.
Ngeresa advised men to produce only few children whom they can take care of.
She also asked women to go on family planning since its free of charge such that they can fulfill their responsibilities as parents.
She added that parents should know their responsibility of protecting their childrens’ rights saying that others are praying for children while others are neglecting them.
