SHEEMA WOMAN ARRESTED FOR STEALING 7000KGS OF COFFEE

Police in Sheema district have arrested a woman in connection to theft of coffee from a renowned businessman’s store.
Ruth Atwijukire a 39 year old mother of four and resident of Kamweru cell Shuuku Town council Sheema district was arrested yesterday.
Nelson Muhoozi the coffee owner told www.mknewslink.com that thieves on Saturday night broke into his store and took away with his 7000kgs of coffee.
The area chairman Moses Muhirwe also told www.mknewslink.com that yesterday morning about four residents reported loss of their empty sacks only to later hear that they were used to steal Muhoozi’s coffee.
The chairman added that he rushed to Kishabya police station and police managed to bring a sniffer dog which caught the suspect Ruth Atwijukire a local coffee trader.
She is currently detained at Kishabya police station in Sheema district.
