SHEEMA WOMAN MP ELECT NYAKIKONGORO PROMISES TO START WITH COMPLETION OF WOMEN’S BUILDING

Rosemary Nyakikongoro the Sheema woman MP elect has promised to begin her term of office with completion of SWODEF; women’s building.
Rosemary Nyakikongoro made the promise while giving her after election message.
Nyakikongoro the NRM flag bearer emerged the winner with a total of 34230votes followed by the incumbent and independent Jacklet Atuhaire Rwabukuruku with 29516 then Adrine Mwebesa got 6108 in last position.
she extended her appreciations to people of Sheema district for trusting her both in primaries and general elections promising to start with completion of SWODEF building which she says itches women of Sheema district.
Sheema Women Development Forum building which started as idea of Nyakikongoro rosemary later attracted women of Sheema who contributed resources and in 2013 it registered as an NGO to ease on women’s needs
SWODEF as an organization tried to construct a building but later left it unfinished when Nyakikongoro its founder lost elections in 2016.
Jacklet Atuhaire tried to finish it but was taken in court on claims that she wanted to steal people’s project.
