SHOCKING: UNKNOWN ASSAILANTS KILL WOMAN, BURN BODY

In Rukiga–

Rukiga police are investigating circumstances under which a woman was of murdered from her father’s home.

The deceased was identified as Medius Tumuhimbise aged 45 a resident of Nyakagyera cell Nyarurambi parish Rwamucucu Sub County in Rukiga District.

It is alleged that on 18^th Oct 2019, Tumuhimbise was found killed in her father’s house while her head smashed and body burnt by unidentified assailants.

By press time, the DPC Rukiga and the team of detective were on ground for possible actions among which, the police sniffer dog was introduced to the scene and lead to various homes where occupants had already fled from their homes.

The body was handed to the relatives for burial after carrying out postmortem as inquiries underway to establish facts into the matter
