STUDENT WHO DROPPED OUT OF THREE MEDICAL COURSES SPONSORED BY MINISTRY OF HEALTH TO STUDY ANESTHESIA

The permanent secretary in the ministry of Health Dr. Diana Atwiine has awarded a scholarship to Addella Tumuhairwe a student who dropped out of three medical courses due to lack of tuition.
She sponsored her to study anesthesia at Busitema University.
Dr.Atwiines pledge came after www.mknewslink.com on Sunday published an article on how Addella dropped out of three medical courses from two Universities of Kampala International University and Mbarara University of Science and Technology over lack of tuition.
Dr. Atwiine advised Addellah to study hard, not to lose confidence adding that Syrous must have been God sent to help Addellah out of her desperation.
The Italian ambassador His Excellency Massimilliano Mazzanti also offered an iphone and an Apple laptop to Addella.
The ambassador thanked Syrous Arinaitwe a student at Mbarara University pursuing bachelors degree of medical laboratory science for having a good heart of helping the unprivileged to reach higher heights.
“Uganda needs out spoken youths like Syrous,” The Ambassador noted.
Speaking to www.mknewslink.com in an exclusive interview,Syrous who was supported by Hon Dr. Elioda Tumwesigye the minister for science, technology and innovations who is also an MP for Sheema municipality since 5 years of age said that he has nothing to give back the minister than helping other needy people to fulfill their ambitions.

“I dont have enough words to thank Syrous who led me to these people who have helped me except to pray to God to bless him always. He is the one who knew them and he led me up to them,”she added.
