BUSHENYI DEO BANS PHONES IN CLASS ROOMS

The Bushenyi district Education officer Saul Rwampororo has warn
teachers against entering classrooms with mobile phones.
He made this remark while addressing teachers of Nombe primary school
in Kakanju Sub County during a cocktail party to celebrate good 2017
primary leaving examination results.
He condemned the habit of high school dropouts for early marriage
within Kakanju Sub County saying this has resulted into domestic
violence, and poverty.
The area councilor Julius Muyambi asked local council and crime
preventers and parish internal security officers to unity and register
all school drop outs and ask their parents for explanation.
Muyambi said this will solve the problem of students loitering in
town, playing cards and taking drugs.
Head master; Obed Bucuriro told the meeting that the
pupils have increased from 512 to 604.
